Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 10-12 Strawberries (chopped and frozen)

  • 1 Banana (Peeled, chopped and frozen)

  • 1/2 cup Pineapple (Peeled, chopped and frozen)

  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt

  • 1/2 cup Milk

  • Honey (optional)

  • Ice cubes



DIRECTIONS

  • Place all ingredients into your blender, and blend on high until desired consistency is reached.

  • You may need to adjust the amount of water you add to get the consistency just right.

  • Serve and Enjoy it!!
